  Course description

In an increasingly competitive environment how do we face the ever changing challenges of information management? How do we deliver a high quality service aligned with the goals of our health institutions or organizations? How do we coordinate our efforts to make health care information accessible to the right people at the right time? What can we learn from others? How can we share our experiences and set up guidelines and best practices in order to demonstrate the value of the information services we provide? In this interactive Quantum² session we will illustrate the different steps involved in “how best” to carry out initiatives within our health institutions learning from external good practice, in order to implement a new process or enhance an existing one.
